- Analytics (Google Analytics) — Art. 6(1)(a) consent, see Cookie Policy;
- Marketing (if activated) — Art. 6(1)(a) consent, withdrawable at any time.
4. Retention
- Contact requests without a mandate: up to 24 months from the last interaction;
- Client files: for the duration of the mandate and as required by applicable law;
- Security / technical logs: generally up to 12 months;
- Analytics cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data are not disseminated. They may be shared with authorised staff, technical providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, courts and public authorities where required by law. Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA with Chapter V GDPR safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent) by emailing avvocatotura@libero.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
